Groups and Department relationship

Hi,

Do we have Department and Group relationship. The one which I see from the Department record belongs to cmdb_ci_group . but that is not the group for user .

We are trying to put BU->Department->groups in OOB table business_unit

Hi,

There is no dept and group relationship in OOB, there is only parent group relationship available. But there is something called Service Groups, where in you can link a service group to user groups. The relationship will gets stored in cmdb_rel_group.
