How is an assessment calculated and how to see the results of an assessment to determine scoring?

I am in the process of creating a new Assessment.  All our assessment questions are choice values with varying levels of question weight and scoring.  I do have a few questions as to how the scoring model works.

1) I notice there is an assessment category weight as well as a Question Weight.  What's the difference between the two weights?

2) The requirements state that the question is given a certain weight but each answer is given a score value from 1-5.  For example, if the question weight is 5, and the score value is 5 as well, does this mean that the question value is 25 (basically 5 x 5)?  Or do I have to define the score numbers manually?

3) It looks like the final score given is based on a score from 1 to 10.  Is there any way to change this to a score of 1 to 100?  Specifically, there are 3 categories that give a fixed number of points (plus a script that is supposed to add up additional points based on values on the Demand).  that add up to 100.  The first section gives a total number of 50 points, the second category gives a number of 20 points and the third category gives a number of 10 points.  The remaining 20 points are given based on attributes on the Demand itself.  We want to know how we can adjust the calculations so that we can include these questions of varying weights.

4) Is there a way to view the answers given to an assessment so we can see how the assessment score is calculated?
