ITBM roles (Analyst, Planner, Worker)

Can someone shed some light on the breakdown of what each of the ITBM roles (Analyst, Planner, Worker) is used for exactly? I'm not able to find much out there. We're looking to migrate from HP-PPM which has a completely different licensing model. We would need to provide the number for each of the roles, which vary drastically in price. If anyone has gone through this, I would appreciate your insight.

We recently received this from a ServiceNow contact. My understanding is that these changes are relatively new. I don't believe this to be unique to us so thought it was ok to share here. If not, let me know and I'll remove it.

Michael - there hasn't been any change to the license structure. We're still mid-stream with our ITBM implementation with ServiceNow PS and this is the accurate licensing model, according to them.
