We have a user trying to add a problem to a visual task board, when select the List action "Add to Visual Task board", they are only presented with personal boards and not the boards that they belong to. \
Has anyone else on Geneva seen this issue?

**Update**
I was able to correct the issue by deleting the member from the board, then going back in and re-adding him as a member. That makes me think there's an issue with the filter on the Add to Visual Task Board UI Action.

It's fixed fully in Fuji patch 13; we installed patch 12 with the hope of it being fixed (as the release notes mention), but it was not.
