Certified Administrator Exam - Reference Material for Study

The purpose of this post is to request reliable, concrete information regarding the Certified Administrator Exam. My unverified understanding is that there are no questions on the exam with answers not included in the ebook via inkling that is provided with the course SN Administrator Fundamentals. I understand other study material, such as ServiceNow documents, are relevant and helpful. Are there questions on the exam with answers not provided in the ebook via inkling provided with the course?

Any information you can provide will be appreciated immensely.

Both answers provided by @AG - LearnNGrow and @AndersBGS are 100% incompatible, at least one of the answers is 100% incorrect.

Atul: No, if you ask me answer given by @AndersBGS is also true. The reason is, that it is not always the case that you get ask questions in the same words or scenario which is available in the ebook. It can be changed but answers will be from ebooks only.

If it is true that the ebook is the only and best source of truth regarding questions on the SN Certified Administrator Exam, exam questions are not based on study material apart from the ebook. Exposure to materials outside the ebook introduces a risk of providing information contrary to correct answers.

Atul: External material is good for gaining knowledge but the answers given by external material are correct, not correct. I had this experience and said from that. Don't consider the practice question has always the right answer.

If the ebook is missing information or incorrect regarding questions on the SN Certified Administrator Exam, then I would like to find documentation which can be relied upon in life's highest-risk situations to provide correct, and only correct, information.

For CSA exam:

- ebook is only and best source of thruth.

- read book 3-4 times and do labs as well, you can clear the exam

Thank you for providing your expertise to this beginner question.

About the only thing I know for sure is I am no expert in any aspect of ServiceNow. Every interpretation I make in response to valid ServiceNow information stands less than 50% chance of being valid. That means, the weight of the evidence available to me is sufficient to decide in a court of legal liability (non-criminal case) that both answers provided by @Dr Atul G- LNG and @AndersBGS are 100% correct.

While that might be enough to solve a question in a court of law, it is not enough to solve a question of concrete science, where the requirement is answers are provable correct beyond any rational doubt. In fact, when it comes to certainty, if I had to risk my life on answering a question correctly, it would be difficult finding a question where I would be more comfortable making that bet than this stunning analysis my brain compels me to present, as thus:
