Hi @jane_sw

These techniques may vary from person to person.

- Sit silent for 20- 30mins

- Do mediation, start from less might be 5- 7 mins

- Spend time with love ones

- God is best planner so which is not in our control let God handle ( practically nothing in our hands), means dont worry.

Maintaining focus at work is essential for productivity. Here are several techniques that can help:

  1. Time Management Techniques:

    • Pomodoro Technique: Work in focused intervals (e.g., 25 minutes) followed by short breaks to maintain high levels of concentration.
    • Time Blocking: Allocate specific time slots for different tasks throughout your day to ensure dedicated focus periods.
  2. Task Prioritization:

    • Eat the Frog: Tackle the most challenging or important task first thing in the morning to build momentum for the rest of the day.
    • SMART Goals: Set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound objectives to provide clear direction and motivation.
  3. Minimize Distractions:

    • Organize Your Workspace: A tidy environment can reduce mental clutter and help maintain focus.
    • Manage Notifications: Silence non-essential alerts on your devices to prevent interruptions.
  4. Single-Tasking:

    • Concentrate on one task at a time instead of multitasking to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  5. Regular Breaks:

    • Incorporate short breaks between work sessions to rejuvenate your mind and sustain productivity throughout the day.
  6. Energy Management:

    • Align tasks with your natural energy levels, tackling demanding tasks when you're most alert.
  7. Mindfulness and Meditation:

    • Practice mindfulness techniques to enhance concentration and reduce stress.
  8. Set Clear Boundaries:

    • Establish specific work hours and create a dedicated workspace to mentally separate work from leisure.

Not trying to do everything at once, start with a task you like but is difficult to do, then go by the tasks based on priority, keep the easy tasks for the time when you are low in energy. Do not make to-do lists for the days you are low in energy; it will be overwhelming.
