Hi All,
I would like to create a monitoring dashboard for our servicenow instance which should primarily contains, number of hits to the servicenow instance, Latency time, memory usage, CPU usage, error metrics, etc. Is it possible to get these kind of information from the instance?
I need this kind of details as a exportable metrics or programatically, so that I can build the grafana dashboard for the instances.
Thanks in advance!

I believe Performance Analytics, allows you to create custom dashboards and reports to track various metrics. You can leverage Performance Analytics to monitor latency time, memory usage, CPU usage, and other performance-related data.
