I have added form button in agent workspace.

Hi, 

I have added form button in agent workspace. There is form button('Transfer to IT') available in platform view and I have added this button in agent workspace and it is not showing in agent workspace. 

Please find attached screenshot : 

I have created HR case and button is showing in platform view and when I have opened agent workspace view this button is not showing. 

Can you please help me to achieve that.

I have checked Format Workspace checkbox and Transfer to IT button is now visible. When I'm clicking on that button it is not working as expected. 

In platform view when I click on Transfer to IT button it opens ui page but in agent workspace view when Im clicking it is not showing ui page. Do I need to do some other configuration to achieve that. 

Can you please help me to achieve that.
