Live Chat Notifications Not Working

Hi,

 

A few weeks ago we implemented Live Chat in our test environment and then tested it with a service desk agent. It was working as expected. They have started some more testing but they are no longer receiving notifications of a new chat. The chat is started and the user receives the message “Routing you to a Live Agent” but the agent never gets the notification.

 

The only time the notifications appear is for myself as I am in the Service Desk group and a System Admin. This implies that the issue is permissions related although I have granted the Service desk group awa_admin and workspace_admin roles and this made no difference.

 

I'm assuming that I'm missing something, has anyone got any idea what?

live chat is working fine for us now, apologies, this was a while ago so I can't remember if we resolved it or if it resolved itself.
