Sorry,Recently I joined  client in the shadow recording session they mentioned pier incidents/tickets....previously I too not hear this word its too different from other words account experience...

Hi @sindu3 no worries may be you can check with your clients and get back. 

May be PIER could be one of the ticketing tool too..

But I request you to get clarification on PIER with your clients or colleagues

There is no wrong is asking your client on what pier ticket are and you never heard them before... Be bold when you dont know certian words which you never used them before... 

I belive they are refering to Child/parent incidents may be...
