Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Enhancements
- Enhanced Service Bridge: The Service Bridge transport has been switched from IDR (Instance Data Replication) to Integration Hub RPS (Remote Process Sync). This new transport will simplify the customer setup, improve supportability, and enhance the scalability of the Service Bridge solution. With Integration Hub RPS as the new transport, Service Bridge is now available for customers with on-prem instances as well. Further, the new “Service Bridge for Providers” and “Service Bridge for Consumers” applications have been decoupled, allowing providers to upgrade independently of their customers. These new applications will provide a simpler registration process and allow telecom providers to scale to thousands of Service Bridge connections on their ServiceNow instances.

- Alarm Management Open API Notification Support: This new feature offers streaming notification support for both inbound requests and outbound notifications to interested subscribers via the Alarm Management OpenAPI. Additionally, it ensures end-to-end visibility to customers into the provider’s processes, promoting timely insights that enhance business operations efficiency and reduce remediation delays.
