Hi,
Currently we are facing issues in updating the location of WAP devices as its coming from Switch Pattern through Discovery Schedules. Can we update the location of devices in WAP class using Telecommunication Network Inventory plugin?

Hi Suvetha -
Yes, you can update the location of WAP devices in the WAP class using the Telecommunication Network Inventory (TNI) plugin in ServiceNow. you need to configure the TNI to discover your WAP devices and then collect location information for these devices through the TNI then you can use to update the location information

Hi @PaulSylo Can you please elaborate how we can do this?? I'm new to this area. Currently we are having issues in updating location through Discovery schedule as Wap is coming from switch pattern. Switch is in different subnet and the wap it brings come from different subnet. Thanks
