Hi Aneesh,
If this is from OMT product line, the 'nochange' will be used in decomposition process. Usually, the order line item remains unchanged, without updates typically helps in avoiding create, modify, or delete actions.
The use case you can consider here is when ordering bundle (of services) - for one you may need "modify" action and other "nochange".

Hi @Aneesh-D
For example, a “nochange” is used when a new mobile device is needed after purchasing a bundled offer "mobile subscription service" with a mobile line service and device.
An example of a catalog structure would be as follows
Product Offering Bundle: Mobile Subscription Service
-Product Offering:Mobile Device A
-Product Offering:Mobile Device B
-Product Offering:Mobile Line Service
(Mobile Device A and B are optional choices)
When replacing a mobile device from A to B
Product Order:Mobile Subscription Service -> change
-Product Order:Mobile device A -> disconnected
-Product Order:Mobile device B -> add
-Product Order:Mobile Line Service-> nochange
