Does ServiceNow SOMT Lead management provide out of the box capabilities to configure rules for lead scoring and lead rating ? Does it need to be done using decision tables and business rules ? Is there any AI model which ServiceNow provides for lead scoring and lead rating

No, SOMT Lead Management does not ship with a full “lead-scoring rules engine” or prebuilt AI model specifically for lead scoring/rating.
Yes, you normally implement the scoring/rating logic yourself using standard Now Platform features (e.g. decision tables + business rules / Flow Designer).
AI is available, but only as generic Predictive Intelligence that you have to configure and train—nothing out-of-the-box and ready for SOMT leads.
