Hi,
I am building a lead and opportunity management solution using ServiceNow SOMT. I have been asked to enable tracking chats and voice calls as a part of the Activity tracking feature of SOMT - Lead management and opportunity management. Right now only Email is supported OOTB. Is there any configuration change which can be done to enable these.
