Hi,
Telecom Service Management contains following applications.
- eBonding for Telecommunications
- Telecommunications Assurance Workflows
- Telecommunications Network Performance Management
- Order Management for Telecommunications
Can any one guide me on how to enable this in personal instance, so that I can explore this new application?
Regards,
Karthik Nagaramu

eBonding for Telco requires Instance Data Replication, and I don't think that (IDR) is avilable for PDI's, so eBonding will not work on a PID unfortunatley.
I would suggest you talk to your ServiceNow Sales rep on that, to get the discussion going further.
The others would be available through the Store.
Note, TNPM is not an application package you install, it's more of a licensing package that contains Event Management and Alarm Management (TMF621) (from Store).
If correct or helpful, please indicate so!

I encountered the same issue today trying to install sn_nowebonding on a demo instance. The 'com.glide.idr' is not found. I have opened a support ticket.
I need to try it in my demo instance before installing it in the customer instance.

TBH, Telecommunication is not well ready for PDI yet.
You can not even find the Order Management Plugins.
So I recommend to use your Organiztional Developmenet instance. Or you can try Now Learning for basic product knowledge.
Thanks,
Vivek
That won't work as IDR (Instance Data Replication) isn't available on PDI's.
Support won't be able to help you with that.
You will have to test it out on a "real" sub-production instance.
If helpful or correct, please state so!
