Hi,
While raising CR request during instance creation using "Create equipment".
Rack instance manually created not visible in form same is visible through API.
can you please suggest correct approach.

Hello @ambadaspotdar , I suspect this is because when you created the Equipment Holder it was not assigned to a specific Site.
Can you validate if you followed the below steps (shown from Network Inventory Workspace)? If it still an issue, let me know.
From under Equipment Holders, Create a new one and select the Equipment Holder Type -->
Once created, give it a name and click on Set Inventory Attributes action button -->
This will expose further attributes. Set the Network Site and Save -->
Create a CR to Create Equipment, and ensure you set the Network Site where the Equipment Holder is. This will show you the Holder that was created -->
