Service Order Management On Hold Reason codes

how do I add order management status "on hold" reason codes.

 

When I place a customer order in the state "On Hold" there is not a pop up field for reason codes OR a field that I can add for  text input.

 

Can anyone tell me how to configure an on hold reason code field (or expose one that is already there?  ITSM has one that shows when on hold is selected.

Hi Wendy,

 

As on today, OMT data model doesn't have any such field to capture reason. If you don't want to create any custom table for so, you may use the work note to capture the on-hold reason. Try using a pattern so that you can find it easily through your workflow/code.

I had a suspicion that was the case.  Whenever I searched for "On Hold" and "Reason Codes", the only thing that came up with ITSM.

Yes, you do not have a such field as out of the Box in the OMT module
