Hi @Mahmoud3 ,
The exam will be on Yokohama release.
For more detail, please go through the article Xanadu > Yokohama Webassessor blackout period .
POV: Sit the exam when you feel ready rather than rushing to versions. The exam is focused on your overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with very little focus on the changes between the two most recent releases. If you have a good understanding of platform, you'll pass with no problems, whichever version you sit.
Good luck with your study and the exam!
Thanks,
Bhimashankar H
