Dashboard Visual to show Created incidents by day of the week

Hello,

It feels like I have gone through all the data visuals and filters and groupings but I'm lost. I'm wondering if this is even possible. I would like to have a visual for last week's incidents summed by the day of the week created. 

I can get over all sum but that day of the week is stumping me. Is it possible?

This is possible. Are you utilizing platform analytics or the old report designer? If you utilize the old report designer you can create as below:
