Eligibility for CSA Voucher

Dear All,

I have earned CSA Exam Voucher but not sure how to redeem it. didn't receive any email either with details.

Can someone help please?

From November 2025, SN changed the exam vendor and increased the required voucher validity period. This means that to book the exam, you need to log in to Webassessor. On the homepage, you will see “My Exams,” and when you click on it, you can view the option to register for the exam. Once you register, you must complete the exam within 90 days.

Hi @afaquejnu,

The voucher for CSA exam is no longer valid as of now, but ServiceNow allocated the voucher quarterly.
