Getting error message Candidate is not associated with voucher .

I can't book the CSA exam slot with my Voucher code

 My Now learning login email address is santosh.chilkuri@gmail.com
And webassessor email address is santoshnani29@gmail.com

I already received the voucher code to my email address santosh.chilkuri@gmail.com
But while logged into webassessor with this email address santoshnani29@gmail.com and while trying to book the csa exam slot its says error message as "the candidate is not associated with this voucher . You're now learning and webassessor accounts must need to be mapped correctly in now learning.

Please map my now learning account with my webassessor email address santoshnani29@gmail.com so that I will book a slot for the CSA exam with the free voucher.
