Sometimes this is quite common and usually nothing to worry about. Try again after some time. Log out of ServiceNow university , close your browser session, log back in, and then try again.

Hi @Cristina Costa,
This typically looks like an issue with the ServiceNow Learning portal's integration with Pearson VUE rather than a problem with the certification registration itself.
A few things you can try:
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then start the registration process again.
Try using an Incognito/private browsing window.
Test with a different browser (Chrome is generally recommended).
Make sure pop-ups and third-party cookies are enabled, as the Pearson VUE scheduling page may open through a redirect.
Verify that your ServiceNow University profile information is complete and matches your Pearson VUE account details.
If the Resume button remains unresponsive, I would recommend raising a case with ServiceNow Certification Support and attaching screenshots of the page where the process stops. They can verify whether there is an issue with your enrollment record or a temporary platform issue.
Don't worry, the problem will be fixed soon!!!😉
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as helpful and correct. 😊
