Start studying ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand and the platform user does not appear for me in the instance so I can select it and start doing the lab. How do I resolve this?

It simply means that there are no users with names starting with "pla".
Please review your material to make sure you're searching for the correct user name.

Hi Evertom
Here are some things to try:
1 - In the [My Instance] check if the User Role = Admin. If not, there’s an option called [Change User Role] where you can change from “App Engine Studio Creator” to Admin.
1.1 - After that you should reopen the instance and be able to impersonate a user.
2 - If you’re unable to access the instance configuration mentioned in 1, it is possible to “Reset and wipe instance”. Important: save your relevant scripts before that operation because it is going to delete the instance and provide you a new one.
You can attach images to your post so it is clearer for the community to understand what you're trying to do and help you.

Hi Carlos!
I started the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course.
The instance started with the System Administration user and I need to customize it to Platform User in order to start the knowledge tests on the platform.
The user Platform User does not appear among the options so I can select it when customizing the user [Impersonate User].
