is ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Voucher free after completion of on demand CAD class?

I completed the on demand CAD class. I thought I would get a free voucher after the completion. That was how it worked with CSA. Not this time though. It asked me to pay $300 to claim the voucher. Is this something new just happened recently or it has been like this before?

I work for a university. Our university may have partnership with ServiceNow. Since I will need to pay it on my own, maybe I should check if there is some discount for University employees.

Any other ideas?

If it's asking you to pay then it's not included. It definitely used to be included but maybe that was just with the live class, which is a lot more money.

If I were you, I would reach out to training@service-now.com and maybe cc your account manager. They will be more equipped to assist with you questions regarding discounts, etc.
