learning account private email versus company email

Hello dear community, I have a customer who asked me how they can best setup their SN Learning account. They have done some trainings on private email account and now also with their corporate account. Now they can use the learning credits from the employer. If they would to leave the employer, how can they insure that they dont loose their history/certification? Is there also a way to use the private account as the leading account and connect this to the corperate account in any way, so learning credits can be used?

Hi @Lenny Leppers 

 

A user can log a Now learning case and in that mention the new email account and old email account and ask team to move the all records from one to another.

 

It take 5-7 days.
