Link webassessor with now learning portal

ServiceNow , I used my official login credentials in now learning portal and completed prerequisite Courses for CSA . Voucher generated and about to claim . but I can not link now learning credentials with web assessor. This impact schedule my CSA EXAM . I used same mail id for now learning and web assessor account . Still I can not link my now learning and web assessor account . Someone please help on this regard . I used login id same as my mail for both now learning and web assessor account

I didn't encountered any issue or error while linking. When I mention my web assessor email id in now learning portal , system prompts to 'wait for 36 hours if not linked raise a case' .Actualy linking not happen or I didn't get any acknowledgement/notification about the status of linked accounts .I repeated same step twice and same scenario I noticed.I raised case after waiting for 36 hours . I didn't get any fruit full response , rather I received some  knowledge base reference.

Please note : For NOWLEARNING and WEBASSESSOR ,  I used same mail id for both accounts. And user id is same as my mail id for both accounts.

I did not receive any error . But account not linked after 36 hours . First of all I do not know how to check whether it got linked . User id and maid are same for ServiceNow and WEBASSESSOR account.
