I am tasked with doing the following and I'm stuck on step 5. I have even added conditions where the records are not closed or all active and I still only see 3.
Task Instructions:
1. Impersonate Platform User.
2. Personalize the list of Open (Service Desk>Incidents, not Self-Service) Incidents to show Priority as the 2nd column in the list.
3. Build a Filter and run the list of Open incidents to show incidents for which the assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk.
4. Use the List Editor to assign all incidents in the list to Platform User (7 incidents).
5. Filter a new list of Open incidents for which the assigned to field is Platform User and the Assignment Group is Service Desk (10 incidents).
6. Make the list a favorite and name it My Incidents. Select a color and icon of your choice.

Hi @InyeneU
Did you assign the Incident to Platform user as per step 4, once you done that it will solve your issues.
As of now you can see 3 incidents and 7 are missing, which you will get innstep 4.

Hi I am not able to validate Microcertification Task 2 it is showing me below error.
ErrorThe validation has run into an error, please ensure that the instance is running and that you have set up the task exactly as instructed.
If you do feel there is a bug, your instance is running and you have double checked the task instructions, then you can raise a case
my instance is running and i have also try to log out than login.
and i have done as per the instruction.

If you have already tried again after login logout and the issue still persists then I would suggest please raise a case with ServiceNow using the link HI Support. They will assist you to get this resolved.
