Need Help with CSA Exam Cancellation and Voucher Safety

Hi everyone,

I have scheduled my CSA exam for September 20,2025 at 2:00 PM. Due to personal reasons, I may need to cancel and reschedule the exam.

My main concern is about the $300 free voucher I used to book this exam.If I cancel now i.e. more than 24 hours before the exam ,will the voucher remain valid so I can se it again to reschedule? Is there any specific process I should follow to make sure the voucher is not forfeited?

I would appreciate step by step guidance or confirmation from anyone who has done this before. Thank You!

regards,

Krishna Hayaran

You have more than 72 hours before the exam, so if you cancel or reschedule the exam now you can reuse the free voucher

If you are not able to cancel or reschedule, create a support case with Now Learning help center and they will help you by EOD today and you can reuse the voucher

Hi @0905CS22111

IMPORTANT: The Reschedule/Cancel self-service option link is only available if the reschedule/cancelation is 72 hours before the exam without any late fee or within 72 hours with a late fee. If you are not able to reschedule/cancel exam, navigate to the Help Center and create a case.

Hi @0905CS22111 ,

To cancel your ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam, you can use the Webassessor system to do so without a fee up to 72 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within the 72-hour window, a late fee may be applied, or the voucher used for registration will be forfeited. For issues or special circumstances, such as missing your exam entirely, you should submit a case to the ServiceNow Now Learning team.

Please find more details here:- https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/lessons/mUY9_y0mWYOPRqG56gj...
