Request for Assistance and Exam Reschedule Due to Technical Issue – CAD Certification Exam

I attended the exam “CAD - Certified Application Developer - English (ENU)” on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 12:30 AM IST.

During the exam, my webcam video was  not visible on the screen, and the entire screen turned completely white. Because of this technical issue, the exam got reconnected automatically and then submitted automatically without my intention.

I was unable to continue the exam properly due to this issue. Kindly check the exam session logs and help me with a reschedule or further assistance.

Please raise a case with Now Support immediately, outlining all the issues you encountered, and request a rescheduling of the exam due to the technical difficulties.
