Hello-Having a problem and stuck with "SNPI Story 3 - Configure Groups for HHD Users" lab not validating within the ServiceNow Platform Implementation on demand course. I have followed every instruction and it's just not working for me. Any suggestions or fix?? Thanks.

Search on HHD on the Community search page and you should see many other posts with same issue and the solutions there.
