Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.
But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

I checked my email just now but there is no email from Now learning either in my Inbox or Spam folder, is this something I have to send an email to certification team?

1 - go to your profile in Learning portal and edit
2 - Edit Webassessor Email Address and remove what is in that field.
3 - Save.
4 - Logout
5 - log back in
6 - Login and go to your profile in Learning portal and edit
7 - Edit Webassessor Email Address and enter the Webassessor email you used in Webassessor.
8 - Save & logout
9 - Go to where you receive emails for Webassessor email address you used.
10 - Find the email from Now Learning Team asking you to confirm the email.
11 - Respond to the link in that email. You are now set.
12 - Log back in to Learning and you will now see the synced records.

I tried these steps but I am not getting any email from Now learning. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Guys,
I am having same issue.. dropped mail to cerrification@servicenow.com. Created ticket also, but no response yet. Its been 3 days now. Any other pointer to look at?

Hi All,
Did anyone get anywhere with this?
My webassesor account used my old company email. I initially put that in to link to my nowlearning account, but then realised I'd changed the email address in webassesor to my new company email.
When I then tried to change the webassesor email in now learning, it said it didn't need to be linked, but doesn't appear to save it. When I go back in, it's just blank, and none of my certifications are appearing.
I go on holiday in a couple of days, so really need to get this sorted!
I logged a ticket a couple of days ago - does anyone know the SLA on these incidents?
