System Admin Fundementals Lab 3.3.1

Hi all

I'm doing the labs and for lab 3.3.1 on Service Now System Adminstration Fundamentals I cannot "Create Child Service Offering" as seen in the lab material (I attached a screenshot). 

I tried right clicking on the form header then clicking on "configure related lists" but there is no list called "Service Offerings" and when I tried adding the lists that say "offering" I still did not the get offering form I need to fill out. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi @SofieH 

• right-click on the form header and select Configure > Related Lists.
• Add "Service Offerings": Look for Service Offerings in the Available list, move it to the Selected bucket, and click Save

It will work.

Hi, I had nothing in the list named "service offerings" so following a different comment I used "offerings>parent" and it worked. thanks :)=

Hello @SofieH, Look out for Offering->Parent in the related list and add it.
