Unable to complete Task 02: Approve requests (ITSM)

There´s no Eric Schroeder user to impersonate, this user is the approval of the training Request. I can´t complete the task due to this issue.

Hi @vitordesouza95,

try to search just for "Eric" to avoid misspelling the name.. and/or ensure who are you logged in or impersonated at the moment.

Sometime it happens that you are logged in as admin, you impersonated for Abel Tutor but they don't have impersonator role, so you cannot directly impersonate for a third person, you need to end impersonation, wait for reload and then to impersonate for any other user.

Options:

• while searching for person, filter by first name only "Eric" or "Eric S" to avoid Schroeder x Shroeder etc...
• ensure your current persona, eventually end impersonation before impersonating other role...

You can go to sys_user table to check whether the user is there or not...

Thanks a lot. After i searched the user in profiles page, then the impersonate menu brought the Eric user.
