About consultation Install the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plug-in in servicenow

Hello, I would like to consult a question. My current service now account is free. I want to use the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plug-in to integrate the document data of service now with teams. However, my plug-in prompts that I am missing two core plug-ins, which prevents me from installing it.

This is my Microsoft account. I am an administrator user. Is it related to my account?

Look like 2 apps you need to buy from the ServiceNow Store, which is not a possible case for PDI.

Thank you to reply me, actually I went to the ServiceNow Store to try to buy these two plugins, but couldn't find them. They told me to log in with a different account, and even though I just wanted to upgrade my account, I couldn't find a salesperson quickly. I left them a message on the website, but didn't get a response.

To buy these 2 apps, you need to login from your company or client id only.
