After upgrade from sandiego to UTAH 4 hotfix 2, State field on Change(in 1 specific change type, KMMS shown in screenshot) will not show the REVIEW state. We also cant see it in the list view either. All other states show in the field/list. Hiwave support blamed our custom scripts but even disabling them doesnt fix the issue. It will fix it and make all the other states visible on the form/list but the REVIEW state still wont show. We also found a new script after upgrade that we disabled that doesnt fix the issue either. Can anyone provide any help/guidance? We are really stuck on this one and support is not offering help. Thank you in advance for your help!
