After upgrading all the buttons don't work - Self-Hosted instances

Hello,
After upgrading to the Vancouver version
Some buttons don't work
For example - the "new" button and the return button do not work

it's Self-Hosted instances

Hi, can you clarify by meaning of 'return' button?
For 'new' have you checked the issue is not list control, have you enabled security debugging and confirmed that it is not an ACL at fault?
If this is not the result of local customizations, then you should log with Now Support.
