Developer Instance undergoing unscheduled maintenance is being shown since 10th Jan 2025

PDI is undergoing unscheduled maintenance since 10th Jan 2025.

But I wasn't informed about this beforehand.

With whom shall I connect regarding this?

Hi @subhadeep1618 ,

 as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI support, hence you’re limited to two options: 

• wait, it should come online again after some time.
•  When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request s fresh installation. Please note, any unsaved work will be lost.
