There are no plug-ins. It is not an error but configuration Fields are in Read-only mode due to the same.

In ServiceNow, you can find SafeNet JAR files in the MID Server JAR Files sectionYou can access this section by searching for "MID Server" in the ServiceNow portal.

Steps to find SafeNet JAR files

  1. Search for "MID Server" in the ServiceNow portal
  2. Select JAR Files under the MID Server menu
  3. In the MID server JAR files section, click Password Safe External Credential Storage
  4. Click the Download link next to the JAR file attachment
  5. Save the file to a location on your machine
  6. Rename the downloaded JAR file extension to a .zip extension
  7. Open it with any zip tool
You can also deploy a custom JAR file to ServiceNow. To do this, you can:

  1. Check if the "External Credential Storage" plugin is activated
  2. Get the JAR file
  3. Deploy the JAR file in the platform
  4. Create a new record
  5. Name and version are for the record
  6. Add the JAR file as attachment
