Feedback email after resolving incident is not triggering.

We have upgrade our test instance from xanadu to zurich and while testing we saw that after resolving an incident . Feedback notification is not triggering to end user. It showing send - ignored in email logs. Please assist.

Also, it would better to see the emails logs in the related list of email and there you will see the reason, if you provide that this will be helpful.
