How to check and validate Reports belong to inactive users and are part of a dashboard

1) Find reports which are owned by inactive users

-> sys_report add this filter conditions

Created by user.active=false^Active=true

1.Criteria would be a report that has not run in more than four months can be flagged for deletion

2.we need to identify the owners and if there's no owner if these are attached to any dashboards as well. that will give us potential dashboard for deletion

1.Criteria would be a report that has not run in more than four months can be flagged for deletion

-> report_stats table holds report and it's last run or when was it last viewed, use that table to determine 4 months and then delete report

-> check this on tracking dashboard views, those which are not viewed you can delete
