HR Agent workspace triggered notification not showing Activity

Hi All,
Recently we have upgraded our customer instance to Australia patch 3, and noticed that the notifications are not showing up in the Activity section in HR Agent Workspace, however it is triggered(validated in email logs). All the filters in the activity sections are also checked, still there is this issue.
Any PRB is available out there or any solution available? Would appreciate any help. Thanks

the activity log will only show emails with sent status
what's the email status in email logs?
