Hi,
Our HTML field which read only showing the scroll bars after we migrated to Yokohoma. Can someone please how we can remove that. It was not there before Washington. The scroll bars not scrollable. Below is the screenshot of same.
Any help would be great.

Hi,
We opened a Hiwave ticket with servicenow. they said it is bug and it will remove on Zurinchi.

Try installing the latest path/update and if the issue still persists then raise HI Ticket.

Please raise a case with ServiceNow if you are 100% sure this is an upgrade issue.

I am seeing the same issue after the upgrade from Washington to Yokohama. I am certain this is an upgrade issue as it persists in the two sub-prod instances that have been upgraded and not is not in the environment that has yet to be upgraded. I will be logging a case with ServiceNow.
