Hi there,
Unfortunatley no one can help you with this. Only thing you can do, 1) wait and hope the PDI comes online 2) release the instance and request a new one.
No other options unfortunately. These free PDIs come without any support. My only suggestion is to always backup your work and use a PDI only for how it is intended.

If it take more time, better to release this PDI and request for new PDI ,also take regular back up of same.
