Instance is Hibernating Since from last 4 days.

Hello,

My instance has been Hibernating For the last 4 days, Can anyone help me, please?

Hi there,

 

Unfortunatley no one can help you with this. Only thing you can do, 1) wait and hope the PDI comes online 2) release the instance and request a new one.

 

No other options unfortunately. These free PDIs come without any support. My only suggestion is to always backup your work and use a PDI only for how it is intended.

If it take more time, better to release this PDI and request for new PDI ,also take regular back up of same.
