IRM License missing in Personal Developer Instance

On my Yokohama PDI Instance, I had IRM Licenses and could access the GRC Modules.

After requesting a new PDI on Xanadu, I no longer have any IRM Licenses.

So, even though I've installed the GRC Plugins, I can't access them.

How do I get the IRM License in the PDI so I can access the GRC Modules?

Hi @R_Schmidt

As @AndersBGS has noted, licensing isn't required on PDIs. Can you share a screenshot showing which GRC plugins you've installed? I'm guessing the problem is you haven't installed everything that's required.

Hi @R_Schmidt

Currently, I’m giving GRC training and haven’t faced any issues in PDI. This means you need to install the GRC core plugin along with other policy and compliance plugins. After installing these, you should see the GRC product in the application navigator. If not, try logging out and logging back in.

If the issue persists, try repairing the GRC plugin again. Also, check the roles to ensure GRC roles are installed properly.

In PDI, there is no license required for any of the plugins you install.

Yes, the GRC modules/plugins have been installed. The key one we are using is the Policy and Compliance module.

When you install, there is a pop-up which says a Subscription is required (what I was calling the license).

I've attached screenshots showing the evidence to support what I have reported.

Don’t worry about it—you can simply click on install, and it’s done. I installed the plugin two days ago, and there were no issues.

As I showed, I have done the installs.

I have also done the refresh.

Nothing I have tried is working and I can't get access to the modules even though the modules show as installed.

How do I get an actual ServiceNow person to help me with this instead of just responses from the community?
