My PDI instance is not waking up

Hi,

 

My instance (https://dev181593.service-now.com) is not waking up, it is still in hybernation.

 

Can somebody help?

There is no support available for PDI. so better, release this instance and take a new one. that is best and only option.

I have tried this approach and still, my new PDI is not waking up.
