My PDI is not waking up

Hi ,
My PDI is not waking up from last 3-4 days, Unable to waking up ,unable to release it and unable to request for a new instance, Getting Report option but it is not working , not able to see the actions, Can any one please help me with resolving this issue.

@Ranjith95 A lot of users reported PDI related issues today. Some of the issues have been resolved by ServiceNow and now users have been able to login on their instance. Please wait for sometime and try again, if it doesn't solve your issue than you can create a thread here https://www.servicenow.com/community/instance-help/ct-p/instance-help

If your issue still persists, I recommend you to create a new question by selecting the relevant category (possibly called 'Instance Help,' though I'm not entirely sure of the exact name), so that the considered team can promptly address your issue as servicenow has advised using that specific category for PDI-related issues in the past.
