Hi @Juliette_CC

You can wait for some time, as this has been reported by few other users.

If it take more time, better to release and take a new one.

There is no Support from SN on PDI 😞 , so you wait only.

Hi @Juliette_CC ,

Kindly wait for some time as they might be performing some activity. But if it still not comes online they have mentioned the link & phone number u can try raising n incident or calling them.

Usually there is no support for PDI's from servicenow. But as per the screenshot u can try that.

Thanks,

Danish

Thank you for your answer... I did realise there are no support 😅

Just check the community for PDI related issues. There isn't any monitoring/assistance from ServiceNow. A PDI works one second and can very well stop working the next. There are a lot of articles out there on how to create backups of work and data, because to be honest: you could very well have lost your PDI now and the only solution is to release it and request a new one.

The message could be just data center related, though, so waiting a while could help.
