Hi @Juliette_CC

I currently have the same issue with my PDI 😞

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

best regards

Hi @Juliette_CC

1. Your instance is under maintenance by the ServiceNow team. It will automatically come online, after the maintenance completes. Have to wait till the maintenance is completed. Note it is taking longer time then usual. Lot of issues of the same has been report.

2. When you say PDI is down, means Under maintenance or hibernation? If in hibernation , please login in to developer site and wake it up ( It take 5-7 mins) but if it is under maintenance , then there is no dedicated support available from PDI. If your PDI is down more than 1 days ,so i recommended take a new PDI and release this one.

I know it is very frustrating but this is happening a lot now a days. Please keep habit to take back up of your PDI on daily basis.
