SOW - variant page with list component not working properly

Hi,

I may have the wrong forum but since the upgrade from Vancouver to Xanadu, I have noticed that my variant page made in SOW which has a list component isn't working properly.  When I go to the page [instance]/now/sow/newpage I see a loading gif.  I have to click on other links in my custom list first, then go back to it and it'll appear.

Another anomaly is that the nav links I've made don't respect the 'view' I've set for them, it appears to be rendering the default view.

Any clues where I should look and/or how to fix this?  I'm not sure if it's ACL related or an upgrade thing.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

Although I am very grateful to @Sumanth16 for replying and for teaching me about the property that could help in the future.  I'm happy to report that, at least in my case, all I did to solve my issue was recreate the variant page and things worked out.

I hope this helps anyone else that may have this issue.

Thank you fellow SNOW users.  I

Hi @sn-grappler ,

The List component data is bundled in a batch. Abruptly that batch download started failing for my two list component pages in my application in Production--and for any other List component pages in any scope or global. (That far I could get even with my limited access.) So (and this part is not direct because layers, limited access)--that batch was downloading every UI Script in the instance!!!! and there were a lot of UI Script's. So someone added a few more and the batches started bombing. The fix is to add the table names to "glide.ui.list.batching.exclusion.list". Bingo, hard refresh and the lists started showing again. This is Vancouver. This issue fixed in Washington, DC.

Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps.

HI @Sumanth16 , thanks for answering so quickly!  I'll try that in our dev instance and report back.  I hope this works!  Thanks again.

Hi @Sumanth16 , I don't appear to have that property... should I create it?

@sn-grappler

Yes. Please create property.
